With an outsourced laundry management service:

• The above-mentioned services are all available as individual services or any combination of services.  Drytex shall be responsible for management of the (on-site/off-site) laundry facility (inclusive of linen/garment storemanagement, linen/garment management, staff management & training, laundry chemical & detergent management andequipment management & maintenance), delivering required clean linen/garments to user departments on a schedule asnegotiated with the client.
• Drytex shall analyse your laundry and linen/garment needs, calculate, propose and install sufficient resources.
• Drytex shall interview and appoint suitable candidates to our own staff compliment. New staff members will be trained in all aspects of laundry operations to deliver a successful laundry service to the client.
• Drytex shall design and operate a linen/garment store, particularly ensuring that clean linen/garments are prepared appropriately (laundered, finished, folded and packed in accordance with agreed specifications), while also ensuring that a contingency plan for emergency situations is implemented.
• Drytex shall implement our very successful and almost flawless linen/garment control management system, with strict control systems to prevent any losses or theft of the linen/garments, at the client. Linen/garments lost within the cleaning process will be for the account of Drytex.
• Drytex shall procure and supply high quality laundry detergents, chemicals and consumable items (we only use internationally recommended chemicals and detergents, compliant to the manufacturers specifications and dosed according to each wash cycle), fit for purpose and meeting the required standards of the client.
• Drytex shall provide, install and setup liquid dosing equipment to distribute the proper dosing quantities of chemicals,according to each required washing cycle, to achieve the desired results while conforming to the necessary industry standards.
• Drytex shall implement a maintenance and repair schedule for all applicable laundry equipment.  Drytex shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of said equipment and shall ensure each facility to be available for normal operation.
• Drytex staff will perform all laundry functions according to strict infection control standards as well as ensure minimal disruption to provision of services. We shall work closely and cooperate with the clients’ infection control department.
• All Drytex laundry facilities are managed and operated in accordance to COHSASA (The Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa) guidelines, prescriptions and procedures.
