GARMENT & LINEN RENTAL

If you have staff and need to keep their clothing clean, due to HACCP requirements, or any other Health and Safety regulations, or just because you care, then garment rental is for you. Drytex shall supply your staff with clean and appropriate garments, embroidered and labelled for easy identification (if required), sized for each worker, on a daily basis (or as required).

The same rental service is also available for all types of hotel linen (e.g. duvet covers, sheets, towels, banquet linen, staff uniforms and all other type hotel linen), as well as hospital linen (sheets, pillows, blankets, pyjamas, theatre wear etc.). For the duration of the rental agreement, Drytex shall wash, maintain, mend or replace any garments/linen items lost through normal wear at our own cost on a continuous basis in order to render an effective service.

All of the above-mentioned garment and linen items are also available on outright purchase terms.

RENTALS – How does it benefit the Client?

Cost Saving

By using a rental, the client is retaining his working capital.

Additional Facilities

By offering a rental, we are assisting our client by insuring that he/she does not utilize existing finance facilities, which may be limited..

Tax Advantages

The rentals are fully deductible in the period in which they are incurred. This may enable the client to”accelerate” depreciation on normally “long-term” assets.

Off-Balance Sheet

The rental is still accepted as an off-balance sheet item for accounting purposes. This has a positive effect onbalance sheet ratios an end of rental procedures. There is a saving of costly administration as fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules are not affected.

 

Cost in Use

The client pays only for monthly usage of the equipment. This assists with budgeting and cost management. A rental can be structured to suit his needs: start-up costs can be kept to a minimum.

Ease of Upgrade / Replacement

The rental product caters for the addition of equipment or replacement thereof, on the same agreement. Transaction schedules are all that is needed, in addition, settlements on replaced products are lower as a result of deferred VAT.

No CAPEX Budget

Rentals do not require CAPITAL expenditure budgets. The monthly rental can be structured to fall within the client’s monthly budgeted allowance.
